That must mean that you never gamble.

The problem with gambling is that the people who need the money the most for their families are the one's that gamble and lose money. Anyone with any intelligence knows that the odds are alway in favor of the house.

I don't think that throwing my money out the car window and letting the politicians and their friends get my money is fun. Those guys get way too much of our money as it is. They should be cutting our taxes since they are getting millions of extra money from the State Controlled Gambling lotteries and casinos.,

    Truth speak

I wouldn't believe most of what any lawyer says, even if they were sitting in a bath tub filled with bibles and holy water! Laws? To begin with, laws are limits. In every way they are meant to restrict actions. How many laws are there created by " the have nots"What is "law of the land" to find out you'd need to go to a court, what kind?county, municipal, state, federal or supreme. But there are also state supreme courts, federal district supreme courts.Thats just the start.

Yes our founders did want to put restrictions on.....the federal government. The government does "controlled" burns out there too and some have gotten out of control. The difference is the government doesn't answer to the citizens but the citizens will answer to them. Or else. Don't worry, these guys will lose one way or the other.

I have a good friend that the government entrapped and he did 11 months in prison. He is a good guy, but was made a criminal by our beloved government. If the government wants to take you down, they will.

if the news media and the local sheriff will stay away from the area those guys are at, they will leave, they want to be on the tv news, and the local sheriff likes his time in the tv spotlight as well, like most of the killings that happen, if the news media would stop putting the killers picture on tv and telling their life's history 24/7 for weeks, it wouldn't stop it, but I think it would help reduce the number of times it happened.

In my case gambling is considered an entertainment expense. You ever wondered where all the tax money that is collected from the sale of fishing equipment, hunting supplies, licenses and other government imposed fees collected on our entertainment goes? It goes to the same politicians that get the taxes and fees from the casinos and even the horse racing tracks. Speaking of that, a good number of our representatives in Frankfort are puppets to the rich folks in the horse racing industry. That industry spends millions to keep their competition in the casino gambling industry out of Kentucky while at the same time donating millions to the political campaigns of the politicians that will further their cause so think twice before you go to the track and put $2 on the nose of a horse or even purchase that commemorative Ky derby glass. Just as people that live in dry counties will drive countless miles to buy alcohol in wet counties people that want to gamble legally will travel hundreds or even thousands of miles to legally gamble in other states. Btw, alcohol has caused far more damage than gambling ever has and probably brings in more money to the politicians and their friends so let's keep consistent in our desires to be rid of crooked politicians and bring back prohibition too.

Yep, prohibition really worked for Al Capone. While were at it, lets outlaw prostitution, and drugs Yes indeedy, take those first steps and gamboling will go away. also gambling.

That's my point. When you make something illegal that people will do anyways namely alcohol and gambling it becomes very profitable for the criminals. Weed and prostitution are other prime examples.
