    Jan 10 Dale

Morning air temp 25, water temp 49. High winds
Spit n snow, rollers,. As about as tough weather as I will tolerate,
Put 9 fish in the boat not much on size.
    With brutal winds

Drifted live bait, a couple hours before I put the first fish in the boat, made a couple more passes on the same spot each pass produced, decided to set up on the spot, and put 7 more fish in the boat.

Found a sharp brake outta the wind where I could find some slack water.

Bottom broken rock, about 25 ft deep with a distinct drain,
Usually in extreme conditions a fish or two is a good trip, today I had to give up b4 the bite did
Excuse any duplicates, so cold an rough on me. First time I wore my mask while fishing

You got to be tough as nails Rick! That wind would have had my skirt in a bunch. 9 isn't anything to sneeze at.

    You're tough. I doubt I would have braved that for 9 21"ers.

49 Sunday. I'd guess with the last 3 nights down to single digits closer to 46
    May go down tomorrow

I keep a emergency bag for any immediate horrible issues a time table to check in. The bag lets me overnight should I have too.
The later should never occur with dock buddies knowing my sch.
I don't depend totally on the cell phone, but I do consider it a tool.

The water temp with wind is now down to about a 20 minute window to do everything just right

Hey Rickhise, you said you might go down today, if you ended up going, may I ask how you did and what you caught fish on?
