Federal officials have suggested that the state should repay the $57 million. But surely a state that is willfully destroying an exchange that was working well should be forced to return the whole $290 million. with interest from the day they recieved it.
During his campaign he made it very clear that he was going to dismantle it and he won the election by a significant margin so instead of blaming Bevin who is actually keeping his campaign promises the blame would clearly lie on the overwhelming number of voters who actually cared enough to get off their butts and go vote for Bevin.
