One need look no further than the Mark Rich pardon when Clinton was leaving office. Rich hid out in Europe as there were active warrants for his arrest in the US. He was, of course, a multi millionaire. Mrs. Rich made arrangements to transfer a huge amount of money to the Clinton PAC with the bagman being Eric Holder, latter to be the US AG. This is just one of the many scandals that were hushed up along the way.
