Being a company guy for nearly 25 years, I will tell you this.............his presentation is pretty good.

I'm not completely in agreement obviously, but if the direction and model is WHAT can and will work, these two combined companies have a pretty good vision of how to fix health care, and being one of the biggest players in the industry, that can very well happen.
