Got's family duties Sat, but hoping to give the fly rod some exercise on Sunday, dead drifting some larva/pupa nymphs for trout. Got several new ones which I tied up on #16 hooks with glass bead heads and D-Rib in red, green, cream and black. Caught a basket of them a few weeks ago high sticking red and cream pupa.

Plan on loading the boat with crappie on rough.
My weekend to be on call so it will have to be cedar so I can load and go if the phone rings, but would rather be on Cumberland.
Hmm.sorry guys I'm going to have to think about this one😛
If I fish the lower its only forcasted at19ft on Fri. (My day)which is no problem. There's plenty of places to get to. What I don't like dealing with is the amount of salt dumped in the river this time of year. Slows the matabalism down and kinda gives them lock jaw. Plan B would be a river or creek dumping in to the main stream
Headed to Dale Fri and hook line and sinker on Sat. Wait for that rod to double over.
Will be taking my wife to the Louisville Boat and RV Show Saturday. It's about the only thing related to "fishing" that she enjoys...though I know we'll be spending more time walking through RV's just for the fun of it than actually looking at fishing stuff. Just wish I didn't have to fork out over $30 just for the two of us to go.
Taking boys out to Cedar for first fishing trip. Going to be windy but hopefully it won't be too bad.
