    Those are SOLID..........

I've been going for 20 years, and have not broken 5lbs on a smallie. Any fish that looks big, gets put on a digital scale, and then confirmed on my trip partners digital scale.

My group has a few 6's but not very many........

What time of year do you go?

We go down there for spring break every year, and have for the past 5 or so years, and as far as baits go shakey heads are always a good bet on Ky lake

    Hope it helps!

Tailwaters of Curtain Falls holds many many fish that big and prob some bigger although I haven't personally seen bigger but 2 buddies have caught fish just as big. It's kinda unbelievable but just throw a lead head jig with a 4" white split tail rubber body and even I can catch a big one! I caught those 2 on my 1st and 2nd cast in 2014. I had pics until my I-phone went missing fishing below Rebecca Falls.

In case it helps anyone heading that way. I was at Barkley yesterday and had a little success with using crankbaits off or around secondary points. I also tried using spinnerbait and a top water with no success but admittedly didn't have a lot of patience with them before going back to another crankbait. When fishing only one day I tend to stick to what I have most confidence in using.
