Whats bigoted about that clip? I've worked with many LEGAL immigrants. Been in the service with them, went to school with some, in fact I'm third generation myself. But I'm NOT for illegals,or anchor babies. The immigrants I worked invested in the USA, they weren't standing in line at wally mart sending dineros back home. Just shows that "the donald" knows how to lead the orchestra, by cancelling that chicago trip. He knows the game, free publicity, is good publicity.

My sister-in-law is 2nd gen legal, her parents having gone thru the green card process all the way to citizenship. With that said, her attitude is the same as mine, there's always been a path to citizenship in place, it's the politics of the moment, both Dem and Rep, which have skewed the numbers in favor of the illegals. this country has created a what's come to be known as the entitled generation/s, those folks who've been on the dole so long that all impetus to "work" is gone. Some have said this constitutes over 50% of the country, which bares the question, who is going to do the work? You guessed it, illegals. Tightening up on entitlement spending would, at this point in time, create the same crisis we've seen in many European countries, riots. Once the sick-lame and lazy become accustomed to something, don't you dare take it away - or such the political wisdom of the gateway has become. Illegals by most estimates cost this country in excess of 334 billion dollars a year in lost revenue (IRS) and access to all things American, food stamps, aid, free hospitalization, etc etc The question becomes, like that old Tom T Hall song laments; Whose Gonna Feed Them Hogs?"
A path if you start out trying to get it legal, right? Not a path if you're here illegally already...........My sister-in-law is 2nd gen legal, her parents having gone thru the green card process all the way to citizenship.
