I could not get channel 31 from KY anymore after I went to cable TV. They didn't carry that channel on my cable TV in my area.
I use to use rabbit ears and could get local broadcast TV stations on our TV.
I now have cable but I also have a digital TV antenna that could be used to get local Digital Broadcast TV Signals. I wonder if I can still get KY Channel 31 and see this show again?
All I would have to do is unhook the cable wire from the Cable TV company and hook the Digital antenna up to the TV and get local broadcast TV signals again.
But in the past the Broadcast TV signals from KY were weak and hard to receive. I could watch the show and listen but the video was not very good at times due to the weather changing.
I wonder if the new Digital Broadcast Signals are better than the old Analog Broadcast Signals. And I also wonder if the TV station in KY still broadcasts that show? I guess I'll have to hook up the new Digital TV Antenna to my TV and find out.
Opps: I guess I missed it already and I just noticed that this OP was made two days ago. This line is an edit after the fact. I should read and pay more attention to the OP next time. Sorry.
The digital broadcast is better than the analog. I'm sure KET probably will be showing again on one of their other digital broadcast channels. You can go online and catch it too at video.ket.org. They haven't posted it yet though.
I liked that the new guy's very first segment was fishing for smallies on Dale Hollow. I like the direction the show is headed!
Tim Farmer was wonderful and I'll miss him a bunch on the show. Tim has been the face of the show for almost the entire time I've known about it (going back to 1985 when we moved to KY). It will be different not having him on there for sure.
