I believe it is time to tell Russia that the next buzzing of a battle ship or cruiser or air craft carrier will be considered an act of aggression and will be followed by a Defensive act of AGGRESSION..........

I think the ships name should be changed to the USS Barack Obama. It seems appropriate.

There was no real harm done and we still patrol the Baltic Sea and will continue to do so. But if I were the captain of that ship I would personally want to put the button to take out those Russian Fighter Jets with a couple of missiles or the phalax gun system. Going that fast and that low would have been devastating to the Russian Hot Dog Pilots as they would have surely crashed into the Ocean and not had time to eject. Give them some lead next time boys to eat that crow with. Unfortunately we don't want to start WWIII at this time either. Some is there looking at the Bigger Picture. I myself blame Russian's Putin for this BS.

And today I just read about what happened during 911. There are some Senators that want parts of the 911 investigation unlocked and told to the 911 victim's survivors in the next 60 days. I didn't see the 60 minute report on this issue last Sunday but I've heard about it before and may have made comments on it in the past. I always thought that the Saudi Arabia Ambassador to the USA had way too much access to American TV Audience to spread his lies. Saudi Arabia was supporting the 911 Hijackers and I knew this a long time ago. There was a reason why the vast majority of the 911 hijackers were all from Saudi Arabia and some of them stayed in rooms that were purchased and paid for by the Saudi Arabian Princess. And some Royal Saudi Arabian Officials were allowed to fly out of the USA while all the other airplanes in the USA were grounded except for the Military Aircraft.

Nice thing about US warships is they are so electronically sophisticated they can tell if an aircraft approaching them has targeting radars or weapon systems armed. If the radar is painting a US warship, and weapon systems were hot, I'd suggest the response would have been much different.

Fly byes are pranks, and you don't start gunning down another countries aircraft for show off fly buys.

And by the way, you ought see what some of our jet jocks do for kicks and you'd be amazed at what they are authorized to do in selected situations.

I was a Fire Controlman in Uncle Sam's Canoe Club back during the cold war era. The Russians overflew us a few times, and I begged for permission to lock on. With Jimmy Carter in office (the original Obama) our captain had his career to worry about...wouldn't even let us bring the systems up to standby mode.

Illuminate him with the fire control systems and make those little red warning lights come on, it'll change his whole outlook on hot dogging. Hard to jack around when your butt is squinched up.

BTW, the Rooskies were tame compared to our hotshots. During practice exercises those crazy suckers would buzz us so close you could practically read the names on their helmets. United States Navy fighter jocks take a back seat to nobody on the planet. Trueness.
