You are a good man. To me this is what life should be all about. People helping out other people.

I was lucky once when I lost my FoxPro FX3 electric game caller and someone found it on the road and called me and gave it back to me. I offered them a reward when I went to pick it up but they refused. People who do good deeds like this are always tops in my book. BTW that FX3 cost me $300 new and the bag it was in was worth about $50. There was also another $50 Johnny Stewart Electronic game caller inside the bag along with 16 AA pre-charged rechargeable batteries. So there was well over $450 worth of things in the Field and Steam Duck Hunting Bag.

I've found peoples things and returned them to others a few times. So I was very glad to see someone else returning the favor to me.

I did lose my Garmin Etrex Visa GPS that same day and never did find it. Both the bag and the Visa GPS were placed on top of a big cooler in the back of my truck and when I drove of they were still on top of the cooler. But when I went down the highway and made a turn onto a side road they must of flown off the cooler and out of the bed of my truck and into the roadway. The Vista was not that big and harder to see so the guy who found the bag with the FoxPro FX3 in it evidently didn't find the Vista. So I had to use some credit card points to get another GPS unit. I lost all my waypoints that I had stored on the Garmin Etrex Vista for the last few years. Luckily I had them all back up on my computer's hard drive. But really most of those waypoints I have memorized as they were fishing spots on a small lake that I know like the back of my hand. But still the Etrex was worth about $200 to $300 and I liked it better as it was smaller and easier to carry around when out hunting.

    Valued Item/Camping Accessory

A valuable piece of personal property was left on a picnic table near the outdoor pavilion at Upper Douglas Lake, Fort Knox, KY. The camping accessory was new or very, very slightly used and with an approximate 130.00 -140.00 dollar value. Anyhoo... my cell # is 2703078253 or 2708720417(message only), describe the item and I'd be happy to return item. This was early Tuesday afternoon, 26 April. Contacted the accessories manufacturer to find owner...reverse lookup, but seems they only need proof of purchase{receipt} to register no other identitfing number.
