Hello all, First post here!
I am planing on renting a boat on either paintsville or dewey lake in a couple weeks and taking my family out for the day, the wife 2 boys ages 6 and 8 along with my parents, Thing is there is such a HUGE price difference in boat rental prices between he 2 lakes ($300 on paintsville and $150 on dewey) Im wondering if paintsville is really that much better of a lake than dewey for family fun?
we will mostly be causing around, doing some swimming, having a cook out, and yes some poles will come along in hopes of hooking into some cats or putting the kids on bluegill, so if you have been on both lakes, which would you recommend for what I'm wanting to do?
