I don't drink and drive.......NEVER have, NEVER WILL.......so I'm not worried.

As to constitutionality...........hell all kinds of **** are no longer constitutional. If you're going to whine and complain about this, I sure hope you wine and complain about the hundreds of UNCONSTITUTIONAL orders that Obama has passed.
