Check out Fryman's boat dock. Nice place located between Paris and Winchester. They have a FB page if you are into that.

Thats horrible I was really hoping that didn't happen. I heard it was only an insurance issue, surly it wouldn't be that much.

Yes, Frymans will allow you access to the upper part of Stoner and Strodes. They have a really nice set up with the bait/tackle store. Well worth checking out.
