Those emails were diplomatic talking points mailed to Hillary to prep her for a phone call to a foreign leader and after she decided to make the phone calls they email material was not longer classified at all. So you lie when you say that they were marked TOP SECRETE. The were no where near that classification level. There are three grades of classified material and the (c) marking on two of the three emails which occurred in the body of the text of the email were not even suppose to be there. They were no where near classified at a low level let along top secrete material. They were mundane talking points about a possible upcoming phone call. Hillary job as Secretary of State was to talk to forign leader and these emails were just prep material that were sent to Hillary to help prep her with back ground material before she made the phone calls. After the calls were made there was not reason to keep the prep material secrete as she had already talked to the people on the other end of the phone call and they material was already known to the people on the other end of the phone call. The only reason they were marked as (c) was because if she didn't make the phone calls or decide to make the call they material might have been embarrassing to her. She was the one who decided if they should be kept a secrete or not. The FBI didn't even get this right as they said that they were classified materials when they were actually not. And even then the Director of the FBI, a life long Republican, could not bring himself to try to indict Hillary on such flimsy evidence. Hillary never lied to congress or the FBI. She was more truthful about these emails that the X VP of the USA, GOP Richard Cheney who never did turn over his emails when he served as VP. And Hillary was more forthcoming about here work related emails at the State Dept. than Condi Rice or General Colin Powell. Both Powell and Rice keep private emails when they were Secretary of State. And they never turned over their private emails after they left office. SO WHY THE DOUBLE STANDARD WITH THIS GOP CONTROLLED CONGRESS. NOTHING BUT DIRTY POLITICS HERE FOLKS.
