And while you're at it......watch this

The information was SO classified, and CLASSIFIED at the time she received it, that the originating agency will not allow even SECURED members of the congress to see the information.

Folks if you believe she did nothing wrong, you're blinded by your own foolish political ideology.

I CARE about America, and we have thrown GREAT Americans out of office and even GREATER military leaders in jail for less.

George you are dead wrong again.

The material on the three emails that the FBI director was talking about was information that was not classified properly. It was material for the director of the State Department that was only classified until she decided to make a phone call. And it was not properly marked on the headers as classified at the time it was sent to her. And after she read the material and decided to make the phone calls the material was no longer considered classified. So you are wrong sir.

The third email's material was not discussed by the FBI director and was most likely not classified either. None of the three out of 30,000 emails was properly marked classified in the header of the email. And no one but a highly partisan politican could blame Hillary or anyone else for not seeing the small (c) marking in the body of the emails.

The material in the two emails was for Hillary's eyes only and after she read them and made a decision to make some phone calls the material was not longer considered classified at all. She was the person who decided if they were to be classified or not.

So again you failed at your mission to try to discredit Hillary Clinton. Nice try but when you read the rest of the story you find out that she was right. She never lied to congress and that's the truth. So you can call her what you want but that make you look bad not her.

She did a great job as Secretary of State and she will make a good President. She will be the first woman President of the United States and will make history. She may server a full two terms.

My only fear with her as our President is that she will appoint someone to the Supreme Court that will not read the 2nd amendment as the founding fathers wrote it. She may end up banning my AR15 and some of my larger magazines in the 5.56 cal. But hopefully the Demos won't control the Senate and can't ban the AR15 easily.

I lean toward the GOP guys when it comes to the 2nd amendment. And I lean two the democrats for social justice issues and for protecting the environment.

The FBI is required by law to not disclose information about a case that they are investigating until they decide to file charges or have a indictment or convene a grand jury. And the Grand Jury stuff is secrete.

Remember the founding fathers created three separate but equal branches of the Federal Government. The Executive branch does not always have to tell congress what's it's doing. Congress can't tell the Executive branch how to do it's business unless it passed laws to that effect and they are upheld by the President and the courts. That's means congress could not make the Justice Dept to tell them everything. Loretta Lynch didn't have to give the details to congress and she refuse to do so. She told them that the FBI career People looked at the Hillary Emails situation and made the decision that there WAS NO EVIDENCE of any ILLEGAL activity and they recommended to drop the entire thing. But the GOP will try to continue to attack Hillary. But they make themselves look like fools in doing so. For the GOP to attack the integrity of the FBI director and the Justice Department only make the GOP look like poor losers.

There can be no excuse for Comey refusing to do his job!!!!

FBI director didn’t want to make history

Why did he do it? FBI director James Comey spent 14 minutes laying out an unassailable case for prosecuting Hillary Clinton for the mishandling of classified material. Then at literally the last minute, he recommended against prosecution.

This is baffling. Under the statute, it’s a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or “through gross negligence.” The evidence, as outlined by Comey, is overwhelming.
Clinton either sent or received 110 emails in 52 chains containing material that was classified at the time. Eight of these chains contained information that was top secret. A few of the classified emails were so marked, contrary to Clinton’s assertion that there were none.
Comey summed up Clinton’s behavior as “extremely careless.” How is that not gross negligence?
Yet Comey let her off the hook, citing lack of intent. But negligence doesn’t require intent. Compromising national secrets is such a grave offense that it requires either intent or negligence.
Lack of intent is, therefore, no defense.

She meant to do what she did. And she did it. Intentionally.
That’s two grounds for prosecution, one requiring no intent whatsoever. Yet Comey claims that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Nor has one ever been brought.
Not so. Just last year, the Justice Department successfully prosecuted naval reservist Bryan Nishimura, who improperly downloaded classified material to his personal, unclassified electronic devices.

So why not Hillary Clinton? The usual answer is that the Clintons are treated by a different standard. Only little people pay. They are too well-connected, too well-protected to be treated like everybody else.

Alternatively, the explanation lies with Comey: He gave in to implicit political pressure, the desire to please those in power.
Certainly plausible, but given Comey’s reputation for probity and given that he holds a 10-year appointment, I’d suggest a third line of reasoning.
He did not want the FBI director to end up as the arbiter of the 2016 presidential election.
In my view, Comey didn’t want to be remembered as the man who irreversibly altered the course of American political history.
The best way I can reconcile his reputation for integrity with the grating illogic of his Clinton decision is by presuming that he didn’t want to make history.
I don’t endorse his decision. But I think I understand it.

    Sour Grapes

FBI director James Comey and twenty other career FBI agents spent over a year investigating the Corrupt GOP claims against Hillary and determined that the GOP claims were all unproven and not worth pursuing any further.

Normally nothing is said when the FBI investigates someone for crimes and fails to find anything worth prosecution. The case is quietly dropped and nothing is said or given to the Media about the case. Not unless the prosecute the case is anything said and then it's talked about until after the trial is over. In this case there was not even enough evidence to INDICT let along bring this to trial or obtain a conviction.

But the GOP will never let go of the rope that they want to use to hang Hilary Clinton. Even now the Secrete Service is investigating certain Trump Supporters who have been said to say things such as they should shoot the Democratic candidate for the President of the USA. The GOP campaign is out of control. They are scared to death that their dangerous Donald trump (DDT)will ruin the GOP forever.

The GOP is self exploding. Ted Cruise showed that last night when he was a prime speaker at the GOP Convention last night and failed to endorse DDT.

Cruz effectively ended his career last night, I believe.
