    Bacon Creek

    Put in at Bacon Creek sunday hoping for some Eyes, trolling shad raps ... ONly got a few whites and I ran aground out in the middle of the river .... WOW 1 feet deep 60 yards from the bank .. Had to jump in and push it loose ..LOL

    Where did you hit ground? I can run the river from bacon creek to bridge with eyes closed? Doesn't make sense to me lol.

    How fast you troll for walleye ... I was going just under 2mph....but I seen a guy in a jon boat pulling baits about 5mph!!!!! I was thinking that was crazy until I seen hhis fish basket behind the boat half full!!!LOL

    Check out the aerial photos on google earth of that area.....you'll see it loud and clear, of course, you already got an up close look at it in person!

    I Didn't figure much action would be going on up there right now. Haven't been down to nolin in awhile but I thought next weekend when I head down I'm going to work the area between wax and sportsmans for eyes and back off near the islands for whites in the jumps
