Gas this week in my area went up by about 20 cents a gallon. Mr Obama sir, since you got the credit when the price dropped, you surely don't mind mailing me a check for the difference now that they went up again now do you?

On the bright side I think fuel supplies will increase no mater who winds the election. Both Trump and Hilary "give me gas".

Dobe, Where do you live. Gas Prices are lower now in my area than it's been in the last 100 days.

I think that the fracking and recovering of more natural gas has effected not only the coal industry but the price of gasoline too. As the USA is pumping out more oil these days due to fracking releasing more oil from the ground. That as well as horizontal drilling technique.

Roadrunner you just trolling.. no need to talk to you man.

You are right. My wife says I'm just like recent gas prices. They don't stay up long.

Refining Capacity is the single largest contributor to the continual fluctuations in prices.

Expect prices to climb this week............and maybe stay there for a few months, because once providers see that there is a reason to raise rates, they are extremely slow lowering them.

China is using more coal and Australia in digging coal faster. Oil prices went up a bit.

Gas here is right at $2.17 and on the other side of town I saw gas selling for only 2.07. I'll take these prices any day over the prices that we paid back in 2008. Just saying.

If Geo starts back up on these type of threads then so will I.

I have more money in my pocket after filling up my gas tank these days than in days past. I don't feel like I've been robbed when I pull out of the gas station these days. I do believe that fracking has released much more gas and oil from the earth than before. Increased production in the USA is helping too.
