my parents never discussed politics and my dad didn't vote. i heard mom brag on kennedy once but she was a little naive on politics. most of their friends were democrats and they were more conservative than republicans are today. i've listened to both sides for 40 years. i've also seen the effects of their policies. that's why i'm a self supporting conservative. i was fortunate to make a living and learn a skill at one of those evil non union corporations. without the knowledge i gained there, i probably wouldn't have a dime. i don't always vote straight party in local elections which i doubt the 2 big lefties here can say. there's only 3 reasons to justify being a modern day democrat...jealousy, laziness, or ignorance.

They are quick with the lip, and slow with the mind. I don't think i'm ignorant, yes I'm lazy, I worked long and hard to afford that luxury. And yes I belonged to a union, but I didn't need to, it was my choice,something you guys are against, choice. The one thing I'm slow to learn, is I talk to bricks,but then I don't have much else to do, and i know I'm wasting time, but it's my time, something that was given to me by a higher power.You guys are ones quick with the name calling, because maybe You don't have that much to say that is reasonable.There I responded in kind.
