Need info on Nolin lake

I have never been to Nolin Lake, but I'd like to make the trip this fall. My question concerns the boat ramps. When the lake is drawn down to winter pool are all the ramps still useable? If not, which ramps are useable and are the best to use. Thanks for any info.

Moutardire ramp is launch able all year I do believe.
