I think that is one of Jim Doom's inventions.

He used it when I fished with him last year. It works great and it's dang near indestructible too, he told me to step on it and it didn't harm it at all.

I think they're for sale in one of the tackle shops close to the Ky. Lake Dam.

He also makes a portable fish cleaning table that attaches to your boat trailer frame...it would be very handy if you were meat fisherman.
