After 3 years of court hearings, the state will allow DNA testing of evidence in my step sons case. It will probably be another few years before they hear the evidence, and grant him a new trial. He also has a high priced defense team working the case[they will get most of any settlement]. This has dragged on because of possible police mis conduct. the only witness against him was given a free ride for his testimony, the other defendent was judged not guilty. His father died and so did his mother[my second wife] claiming his innocence, and I've been given my experatition date also. He's been moved to medium security prison, to await the out come. Justice delayed is NOT justice.
Now he's at statesville. One of the most dangerous prisons in america. Ican't prove it[the new norm for internet posting],But I would't be surprised if under mysterious circumstances, he is killed there. That would save illinois a ton of cash. It seems awfull strange that a DNA sample can only be examined and taken at one institution in the state.
