minn kota problem

I have a foot control 2 year old 24v minn kota. Couple of trips ago it would not start when I hit button. If I lift the motor out of the water and put it back down it usually works then.. did it 8-10 times.. Have looked at everything visible and do not see and wires worn. any suggestions? thanks

Order a new amiture n seal kit from minn kota for about 1010 bucks and fix it
i know the problem too well
verry easy to do urself an alot cheeper than a new motor

yep, i unscrewed that metal plate and one of the wires was out, pushed back in. worked like a charm.
