I've heard the Crappie bite is good. Lots to catch to get keepers but biting.

Thinking about running out to Taylorsville tomorrow. what's water looking like? anybody catching any?

Went today for bass with low expectations and they were met
Upper 1/3 of lake. Muddy, 4" visibility and 50F. Not a bite in 4.5hrs.
Mainly jig but also a few other cranks to cover 3 to 15 ft.
Still lots of shad just nothing around them. marked all the shad in 5 to 10 ft. They were flicking around in a couple of small creek/coves I fished too.

Saw 1 crappie boat and one catfish boat.

Stopped by possum ridge today. The dock is under wate and debri is everywhere. Water looks like chocolate milk as well. Lakes still rising and i think we have more rain on the way.
