Those auto injectors have driven up the cost to astronomical amounts..........is this the disposable one, or refillable.

why not just use a needle and insulin from a bottle, which is pennies compared to dollars.

Like you, I'm not bitching about it but MAN, with me being on an HSA and paying all expenses up to my dedictuble there is no way in HELL I'd be using an auto injector.......the costs would kill me .

Likewise, my doctor wanted to put me on a 300/month prescription, and I told her to go eff herself.........I said strike one, lets try something else.

I ended up with a 5 dollar generic and has worked for 40 years.........and it's working for me.

I don't know if there is an insulin therapy for my diabetis..i'll need to ask, but there are lower cost oral medications, that work well with the pen. There are surgical options for one of the problems I have, but it's not worth the recovery time.

the biggest bit-- I hear about about other countrys health service is waiting time. Well fans we have it, and have had it for years.To begin with a lot of doctors won't accept medicare patients. And referals are also a problem, YOU know whats wrong in many cases, but the insurance wan't a specific diagnosis. That means specialist, and waiting time.Then many doctors do not belong to all health plans, added costs to the patients. Calling to check that info means long times on hold, and sometimes disconnects. Do any of you remember "house calls". very slim chances that will ever happen again. Waiting times in offices are sometimes ridiculous.So don't go blaming all the medical woes on HCA, it was there before nobahma, and will be thetre long after the 'donald"' is gone. Medicine is BIG business, and the insurance cartels will fight any change to lower the profits.How many medical lobbyists are there?And who pays them, and who do they bribe?
