You can follow @kyfisheriesc on twitter. That is the handle for the central district. The other districts have their own handles. It is a very good source of up to date information about our fisheries. I would ask them on twitter. They may be very responsive. They posted on March 31 that the valve had been closed. They have also been posting pictures of recent shockings. There are some great pictures of the results.

Just saw this tonight while looking on Twitter. It's from the Central Fisheries District. Here is their tweet....
Both ramps at #ElmerDavisLake are open. Lake is about 1.5 feet from full pool. Fishing pier/courtesy docks should be reinstalled next week.
