The fish and wildlife will be holding a fishing derby at Jacobson Park and Lexington Kentucky this weekend on the 13th. This is a great opportunity to get some kids out and let them get a line stretched by some 2 to 3 pound catfish but the fish and wildlife will be releasing this week. They usually close the lake for a couple days prior and then the fish are good and hungry by the time Saturday rolls around for the kiddos to have some good fun. If you know anybody who's wanting to do some fishing without a boat or with a kid this is a good opportunity
