I am looking for access points or ramps along Harrods Creek in Prospect, KY where I can launch my fishing kayak. The only ramp that I know of is at Captains Quarters and it doesn't open until 9:00 or 10:00 which does not work for summer bass fishing. Any help would be appreciated.
