Producers get raises.......I also regularly work 50-60 hour weeks......straight salary.

There are quite a few of my co workers that don't get raises, and raises are not guaranteed. I put myself in a position to be rewarded for my contributions. It doesn't always work out, but if you bust your can, work as hard as you can, and provide value, you're rewarded for that provided value.

I also have a pretty solid marketable portfolio of technology that I support. If I was out of a job, I'd find one tomorrow. I'm comfortable at my place of employment, but I could make more money elsewhere. It ain't about the money.....
