We too were on shallow topwater, but were fishing it too fast , I believe. I think if you're going to do that, you need to really slow down and MAKE them bite.

WE did catch a few flipping docks in shallow water.

Wind was too rough for us to fish ledges, but we did try a few isolated ledges and primary points, with nothing, nada, zilch......

Headed to Kroger now, to buy fish
