Did they produce any evidence to the public to back up these chargers yet? I would not put it pass Rick to do something like this in order to get the best players. It's all a win win for the coach and the team if they don't get caught by someone with wire taps of their phone conversations. These days you can't do any business over the phone. That's why the spies always meet in a secluded park to do business face to face and or in a sauna where they know the owners and you can't wear a wire as it will be seen easily. Oh well it's all about money in our commercial orientated society.
