Went to cave run 3-27-18 just to get out on the water to run the boat and fish a little. Put in at 10:00 am water was 46.5 at alfreys. Ran up in beaver and found water 48.9 to 49.2. The licking was dumping some nice chocolate milk when we went by. On the way back it was getting pretty stained around clay lick. Oh and had one bite on a jig. Wind was terrible so we headed home around 1:30 pm.

I have fished that lake twice in my life. Both times trying to catch the elusive Musky. I have to say in that short time I have spent on that lake I labeled it the windiest lake I have ever been on. One day it was bluebird skies and whitecaps rolling!!!
