I was down Friday and Saturday. Friday morning was raw. Rain/mist fog cold. Caught a few small ones and a decent 20. Towards evening, the bite picked up. I caught the fat one on main lake off of island point close to state dock. It was just over 22 inches and fat fat fat! Oh what a fight! Same area we caught a 20” and several smaller ones. We were using LB. I did manage a few small largemouths on a tube bait. Saturday morning was a wonderful day on the lake until about 1:30. The wind really kicked in. I couldn’t get my trigger set Saturday. My partner showed me up with a few 20 inches while I was missing them left and right.
