Your looking at 16 miles, Took me 4 hours from rock house to winfrey's ferry in a kayak fishing along the way,

Plan on all day and choose your fishing spots wisely.

I wouldn't do it if the schedule isn't pushing water. If it isn't moving that would take a while. Plus if you stop for lunch or hit a hot spot you could get caught in the fog. That is the main thing I worry about there. My last trip was spooky
