I cant agree....McCain cost himself the election. He tried to walk the middle party line so much that he lost many on the right. I think him holding Palin back also hurt him...she is a fighter, a mom and a right winger that would have had millions of hunting men and moms/women voting just for her. His arrogance wouldn’t allow that upstaging.

McCain was a Senator trying to be a Senator (saving friendships and favors) running for potus as opposed to a Senator running for potus who didn’t give a poo about who he pissed off or what relationships in Congress he stepped on....big diff. I’m not saying he had to krap on everyone but he was always afraid to fight the opposition. The left had him by the short hairs and his own fear of losing his “position” or status in the senate cost him the election......not Palin.
