As I sit here this evening thinking about the past fishing season that is coming to a close for myself which is March through November, I have to say that I am disappointed. Within 15 minutes from home i have 3 great places that I can be on the water for quality smallmouth and largemouth with no shortage of either and this year i didn't make the time to do so. Last year I was on the water 4 days a week and this year i was on the water 4 times total. I really don't have anyone to go fishing with so maybe this played a role, as well as some of the weather, blah, blah, blah etc, but maybe I'm just making excuses.
I was just curious if any of you have the same type of years when you just don't get motivated to get on the water for whatever reason? I know life is short so god willing i am going to make up for it next season!
