I actually use Portrait mode to take pics with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Smart Phone. Your picture above is using Landscape mode to take the picture.Originally Posted by peter
On iphone hold your phone the way shown below. Not sure about android.
You can also rotate your photos by hitting the edit button while viewing a photo on your iphone.
The bottom short side of the phone to the right.
Top of phone to the left.
There are several easy ways to rotate a photo on a computer too.
