Dusk until dawn. I made it there a couple weeks ago right as the sun was coming up and it was open. The water level is the lowest I’ve ever seen it (been fishing there a few years). Could see manmade structure that is normally completely submerged. Caught my current PB largemouth out of Salem a couple years ago. Good Luck!
