Also if somebody is holding tournaments they need to be ticketed too. There's absolutely no reason knowing about the executive order & just ignoring it simply because you don't give a sh*t about the health of others. If i was wildlife officer & could write a ticket for it because i'd be smoking some *sses for it. Pitiful to take a chance of bringing more of that crap here than is already here & locals chancing passing it around over a few bucks & a frigging fish too. Idiots!!!
he was telling you the absolute truth. it was frustrating to see all the various plates

According to all the music blasting & jet skis & pleasure boats loaded down they must think they are immune to something that nobody else in the world is immune to. Of they could just be a bunch of dumb asses that don’t care if they get it or spread it around. I have a feeling a bunch of them will regret it in just a little while. We may all end up with it eventually, but why increase the probability 10 fold? That’s the part that I don’t understand.

I have been working from home for 4 weeks now, and lucky to even still have a job somehow. I've worked on doing my part (limited trips to grocery store, or anywhere else) simply because I feel it's the right thing to do to get this crap over quicker.......and i'm about to climb the walls. I live in Bronston and about an hour ago just needed to drive a little to save my sanity. Went over to Burnside ramp just to look around and there was an Ohio couple working on getting their pleasure boat ready. In different times you would have thought they were stealing it! They looked so nervous and kept looking around the parking lot, I guess to see if any of us locals was going to come up and mouth off at them. I'm kinda antagonistic so I slowed down next to them and they both froze and we had a staring contest for a few seconds. I shook my head and drove on down, in my rear view mirror I have never in my life seen Buckeyes who were working so fast to get that boat unhooked and ready to put in. Ha!
And we all know they are usually the ones slowing everything down and clogging the ramps up!! Unreal.

We have two different scenarios. Either the projections were crazy wrong and we acted on hyperbole from China virus, or we are about to see social distancing be completely disregarded as a power grab. Everything was wide open today, from skiers to grocery stores. I know it’s first of month but it looked like a major holiday on the lake today.

The social distancing, quarantine is effectively over. Many good arguments on how it was wrong in first place or even unConstitutional. At any rate, it’s over. Let’s hope this was an overreaction and nothing more than seasonal flu/cold.

WHO and CDC and China may have some splainin to do! I will never buy another product manufactured in china unless it is absolutely necessary. All the lure manufacturers can pound sand, I will dig red worms first!

It's not even CLOSE to being over........

And the states with serious outbreaks will use the National Guard to enforce the orders..........if we see an uptick in cases.

Mind if I take a look at your research? 400,000 Chinese flew to United States between Jan 1 and the travel ban. I can’t imagine it peaking 3-4 months after, especially with how contagious it is. When again did we start testing? How many tests have been administered? Especially since only those with severe symptoms are being tested.

I’ll keep my optimistic view based on reality.

I run a small excavating business in central ku, we are swamped and still working everyday. I have 1 employee that drives separately to work where we use to ride together. My distance to most people is about 20 feet now. I love Cumberland but haven’t driven the 2 hours to get there for trying to follow the law. Yes I’m going crazy trying not to take off and go fish but I won’t make the trip out of respect. It really gripes my butt that people would drive out of state against the law to hit the water, I hope the start ticketing them for the main reason of the effect on the economy at the lake. If they shut down the ramps and they WILL a lot of small stores will loose what income they still have. 99% of those travelers will not do the quarantine because it doesn’t suit their agenda, yes you might own property but it isn’t your main one where your suppose to be. Hey the Ohio river is open and you don’t have to break ky law!

there was a guy taking pics of out of state license plates yesterday at Jamestown. not sure if it will do any good but he was adamant that he was turning the pics over to ky Gov.
I go straight from my house to the marina to my boat, I dont stop at any stores or swing by the bait shop, I dont talk to anybody coming or going I have ZERO contact with anyone. its seven minutes from my door to my boat and would actually be out of the way to even go to a gas station or store .
if I'm complying I have every right to expect a non resident to do the same.
it takes a special kind of selfish Adzhole to be so self absorbed that they would rather play for a day and everyone else's wellbeing be damned

I I am from Ohio and have a second home in Kentucky.I pay Kentucky property taxes. I have a out-of-state Kentucky fishing license. I have lost my job due to coronavirus and I have been a freak about social distancing due to elders in my family .I plan on coming to Kentucky and fishing and staying at my second home since I am currently out work .it’s what I love to do and have have decades of work invested to make this happen ,and this is what I can look forward to? Really? You want to stare someone down because they have an Ohio license plate? I will be the one not looking nervous unhooking my boat. Maybe these out of state folks are just as concerned about this virus and taking all precautions that you folks are and have just as much invested. I thought this site was for folks to share the love of fishin. Did not expect to be in enemy territory launching a boat to go fishing .
