They are spilling now so i would not recommend it. Water gets way up and makes it very difficult to say the least.

check the tva.gov water levels for wolf creek. if its in the low 540's part of the day then it is a normal generation schedule. today its 563 all day so 23 feet higher and spilling fast and deep.
