If I put in at Fort Boonesborough State Park, can I run downstream in Bass Boat to around the Raven Runs Nature Sanctuary area? Or is it shallow, rocks, logs etc.?

Any ramp closer to Raven Run?

Yes, just be aware of the rock bars that come out into the river while running.

You need to read the shoreline when running. If you see a cut or a valley in the rocks there is likely a rock shoal or bar. Raven Run is one of the largest on that stretch of river.

Can be a place that holds fish also.

Just stay in the middle of the channel and you should be alright.
