i just read the rules.
seems all people running for office must vote by mail because it's against the rules for them to be at polling station.
voters must request a ballot then return it to be counted.
seems the crooks could request ballots for every tom, dick, and harry.
how would they know who is a citizen?

there is a difference between "mail in ballot" and "absentees ballot. absentee ballots have been around since the Civil War, used mostly by military personnel while away from home.
mail in ballots have also been around for a while, there's a handful of states where its the primary system for casting a vote, Colorado and Hawaii are a couple that come to mind.
you are required to be a registered voter to request or use either ballot. could there be fraud? of course. but there has never been a problem historically with widespread or common found problems.
also, whos to say the fraudster is either party? the same opportunities exist for all players

2020 primary mail in voting was a complete joke. Thousands of votes thrown out and it isn’t over yet.

Oh I understood the questions. Ky has 300,000 thousand registered voters that are either dead, or living at a different address. Vote by mail fraud (like the democrats want) would send a ballot to last known address. Allowing anyone living at that address to vote twice,or multiple times even. That doesn’t include the fraud capable from mail drivers/workers.
