I've worked for the government under both political parties. And in my 7 years in government experience, the GOP was the worst at taking the government's money. The people that I worked with that were republicans would get the Government to pay for their expensive trips that were basically 1-week vacations that were paid for by the government. And this happened all the time for the 3 years that I worked under a GOP admin. They took trips to New Orleans just to ride the streetcars and Steam Boats and to dine in fancy restaurants. They were supposed to be attending a conference but never went to the conference at all. And the whole time I worked with republicans all they did was bad mouth the democrats all day long. The democrats didn't talk that much about the republicans. And that was 4 years that I worked with the Democrats. I left to go to work for a private firm and made more money. In the private sector, there was no political discussions that I can recall.
