What I put faith in is the Secretary of State in PA telling us that the is no voter fraud in any major sense and none that will change the vote count in any major way.
The votes are still being counted in PA and they are breaking for Biden in a substantial way.
Biden will be the winner.
All Biden needs it the 20 electoral votes in PA to win the Presidency.
