DUDE, the guy from W Virginia did have legit credentials and his company threw him under the bus because the credential the gave him was not "legit".

He did violate the law with a handgun and ammo, but his case is a case of mistaken identity, I believe.

Remember Hitler tried to have a coup in Germany and failed the first time. He got sentenced to 5 years but was out in only a few months.
