    Dave Stewart

    Folks,

We lost a GREAT one last night. After a long , long battle with kidney cancer and other stuff, Dave Stewart fought his final battle.

We had been friends for nearly 20 years, from the first time I met him in Indianapolis at the boat show, to taking his classes, and hiring him as a guide, and then just simply driving down there and fun fishing with him.

I have learned so much from him in so many respects. I will tell you this, he KNEW his fishin .

He will be sadly missed by all his friends and family.

Yes, friends, it is a sad day

    Wow. Thanks Geo.
I don't know what to say for the moment.
I considered Dave "The Model Human Being".
    I absolutely did/do.

Iím sorry to hear this. May his soul RIP. He will be fishing forever if thatís what he chooses to do.

To all who knew him as a friend , Iím truly sorry for your loss.

About a decade ago, I used to email him from time to time about my Lake Barkley fishing adventures and heíd always respond to my messages. He didnít know me from Adam. He was a good man who truly cared about others, no doubt about it.
