Taylorsville lake

Anyone know the condition of taylorsville lake? I know it's up but are the ramps open and is it fishable?

Yesterday Chowning ramp is useable. Lot of wood on ramp but about 10 to 12 ft opening to use. No utility dock. Brown stained maybe 6 inch visibility. Very little floaters from ramp to candy creek. 50F. Shad in creeks. Bass Fishing slow.
I read settlers trace ramp was not open. Van buren is also useable.

Went 3/23 and water temps where 53 degrees cloudy and 10 mph winds. Visibility was a foot or more at 546 pool. Four bites and only two made it in the boat one 12in and one 17in. All bites came on a cb in the same area. I didn't slow enough to through a jig.
