I don't use Kaspersky and I don't think it would cause this issue but I have found that if a web site doesn't render in one browser try another. I am using Chrome and have no problem with this site. But I also have Firefox loaded and there is Microsoft Edge which comes with Windows 10 along with the old standby Internet Explorer. If I ever run into something not quite right in Chrome I'll try Firefox next then Edge. But honestly I don't think I have ever run into a web site that would not render in Chrome then Firefox...
