There is no way that the US intelligence community can prove that the virus leaked from a Chinese Lab. All we can prove is that it was first noticed in large numbers in China sometime back in 2019. We knew something was up back in the summer of 2019 long before it was announced as a virus in Dec 2019.

And there is a new DOJ in town and they can see the Mueller report in full now. Takes time to sort out the legal stuff with Garland. He is not a swift AG but more like a Turtle. He takes his good old time. Let's go Bannon.
