Exactly. Haven’t watched Ga case because that is 180 degrees different from Kyle’s. Maybe not, I don’t know. You said the magic words though, retreating. You simply can’t chase someone down to deliver justice. Whether it is a jump kick to a downed man, a lethal weapon (skateboard) to base of skull, a glock in hand of convicted felon, or a mentally ill person that previously threatened to kill if they catch you later. Open and shut and should have never went to trial.

The Ga case appears to be different. I haven’t watched any of it and being unaware I will refrain from commenting.


I hope Kyle sues the **** out of those that defamed/smeared him and the news media that tried to intimidate jury.
